The Kolorbox, in collaboration with the Delhi Poetry Festival, proudly announces the unveiling of Collective Voices – a captivating art exhibition scheduled to take place from December 16th to 17th. Collective Voices will display a range of realistic paintings to thought-provoking abstracts. In this rich and diverse tapestry of styles, artists push the boundaries of their chosen medium to manifest their creative vision. Some artists present creative expressions inspired by Robert Herrick’s ‘Delight in Disorder,’ adding depth to the overall exhibits. The exhibition aligns with the overall vision of the Delhi Poetry Festival, a testament to the collaborative spirit, bringing together artists with distinct yet harmonious voices.
Each artist contributes a unique voice that captures commentary on society or celebrates the beauty in nature and the humdrum existence of daily life. The participating artists from various states of India—Arun Kumar, Bhabani Shankar Das, Rahul Naskar, Rajnikanta Laitonjam, Prittam Priyalochan, Suleman Mohammad, Sabir Sardar, and Sangram Rout—will collectively showcase around 25 paintings.
Co-Founder of The Kolorbox, Priyananda Soubam, highlights that the upcoming exhibition is in the pursuit of amplifying the voices of artists and integrating them into a larger dialogue. He adds, “The Kolorbox is committed to providing platforms for emerging artists and making high-quality artworks accessible to art lovers and patrons.”
Dr. Rashmi Pant, Director of The Kolorbox, remarks, “Collective Voices encompasses the collaborative spirit of Kolorbox, bringing together several voices of artists under one roof. The exhibition invites viewers to immerse themselves in spoken and unspoken dialogues with each painting within the curated space.”

“We are excited to have The Kolorbox’s exhibition in our Delhi Poetry Festival and eagerly anticipate the event. I am sure our audience will find the exhibits complementary to the main event of the Poetry festival as both are intertwined forms of expression and share common roots,” expresses Dolly Singh, Founder of the Delhi Poetry Festival.
Collective Voices will be on view from the 16th to the 17th of December 2023, 11 am to 7 pm, at The Open Palm Court Gallery, India Habitat Center, New Delhi.
